The menu is based on premium steaks and meat hits cooked on the Josper grill: from juicy T-bone to classics like Ribeye and other well-balanced options for those who love meat in a “grown-up” way. For a more dynamic format, there are signature burgers, snacks, and easy-to-understand comfort dishes that work just as well for quick dinners as for long gatherings. Special attention is given to drinks: coffee, lemonades, fresh mixes, and bar classics to balance the rich meat flavors.

THE CHEF
Muzaffar Mirzakarimov
Brand Chef at Gōsht since its founding. Chef of the 4th category. From 2007 to 2017, he worked as a sous chef at the Coffeemania restaurant chain in Moscow, where he was awarded the title of "Best Employee of the Year." "In my work, I always use an approach that combines modern equipment with traditional cooking methods. This allows me to explore familiar dishes from a new perspective and create combinations that can surprise any guest."
